The very last fuel was used to have the spacecraft, whose orbit was decaying after almost two months in lunar orbit, crash into the lunar surface on 10 April 1993 at 18:03:25.7 UT (11 April 03:03:25.7 JST) at 55.6 E, 34.3 S. With this event Japan became the third country to have one of its oblects on the moon. This place will most likely be filled with japanesse tourists taking happy snaps, so please be careful if you ever manage to wheel this trail.
