Check it out, the Apollo 15 landing site. This site has been tested by the guys of Apollo 15 with the very first American LRV or lunar rover vehicle, 'Moon Buggy'. Lots of fun to be had in the area, the site is on a dark mare plain near the sinuous Hadley Rille and the frontal scarp of the Apennine Mountains.
